Commentary: Quite frankly, it does not matter if I am a nonmember as long as I still have my ICC sticker and can say, "It's cool, it's cool....I'm ICC." It works doubly well when I hold it high in the air in front of Coit Tower, which, while phallic, is also decidedly a nonmember.
